The training for the English teachers of Kakhetii region started on April 9th. It was conducted by Robert D. Leier, Ph.D. English Language Fellow- Georgia.

The Topic of the first session was Teaching For Communication. The trainer Robert. D Leier discussed several language teaching theories. However, the main focus of the session was communicative approach.

The second session was held on 13th April. The topic of the session was Low and High Tech Vocabulary Learning Tools. Dr Leier spoke about the importance of teaching vocabulary in order to be able to communicate effectively. The participants were actively involved in activities and had a lot of fun.
