FREE ETAG WEBINAR N4 “Teacher Induction Programming in the US” by Shorena Dolaberidze, Doctor of Education, in Saint Cloud State University, Minnesota, the USA was held on January 29, Saturday, at 6pm.

The presenter discussed the concept of teacher induction programs, key components, and the outcomes of implementing comprehensive induction programming at schools.

The participants were given an opportunity to compare Georgian and American ways of inducing novice teachers into teaching profession and come up with an individual plan and ideas to support beginning teachers in their schools.

Webinar was attended by 72 teachers from all over Georgia.
